Well, vacation takes forever to get here, but as always, is over in the blink of an eye.
It was a depressing drive to the airport.
We made a quick pit stop at the Straw Market. I had to get something to bring back home. It was all typical touristy type stuff. Meh… I bought a tiny straw photo album that I’ll display during the summer months. I also found one really nice gift shop. I wanted to spend some money there, but my husband put his foot down. Sigh…
My heart was hurting. All I kept thinking was, “When can I come back?”
I cried… Lol!
Goodbye Exuma, I’ll see you real soon!
It was a real quick flight.
We had to switch planes in Miami, but we were outta there and back home before we knew it.
We came home to everything wet and flooded. We picked the perfect week for vacation.
It was late and we were hungry, so we extended our vacation by stopping for a bite to eat on the way home.
I’m thinking we’ll go to Spain next, but beyond that… Maybe Africa? I’m itching to go on a safari. Maybe Australia? Who knows. One thing is certain. I’ll be doing a few days in Exuma sprinkled in between.
