The Last of the Halloween Decorations

Here’s the last of the Halloween decorations.

Halloween Decorations

I’ll start in my office…  I just got this cute Boney Bunch candle holder from Yankee Candle.

My sister gifted me the light up skeleton about 19 years ago. I think she gave it to me the year after I got married. It’s from Enesco.

I filled the apothecary jar with acorns, and added an antique style Halloween ornament that I purchased at Home Goods. I finished it with a handmade hang tag and an orange ribbon. I like to display my holiday decorations together in groupings or vignettes. It looks less cluttered that way and makes more of an impact than if I had one little piece over here, and one over there.

The teddy bear on the fence is just as old as my skeleton head.

That’s it for the computer desk.

Halloween Decorations

A little bat is just hanging out in front of my windows.

Halloween Decorations

On top of the antique secretary, is the owl I bought this year, from Home Goods.

Halloween Decorations

I LOVE his face!

Halloween Decorations

The top hat is from Disney World, and I think it makes Mr. Owl look even smarter.

Halloween Decorations

I plopped down an antique postcard on top of my antique sheet music book.

I also have two little dishes full of acorns. They are actually tea light holders, but I have enough candles.

And finally, I have a Boney Bunch guy driving a hearse. He’s from last year.

Halloween Decorations

I don’t have too many decorations in the kitchen.

The Cinnamon Broom is from Publix and I just embellished it myself. It’s hanging on my powder room door.

Halloween Decorations

I tied on some colored leaves, an old postcard and finished it off with another orange ribbon.

Halloween Decorations

Sitting on top of my stove is a Mickey Mouse jack-o’-lantern from Disney World.

Halloween Decorations

And then I have a Falling Leaves tart warmer and a votive holder from Yankee Candle.

Halloween Decorations

In the powder room… I changed out the pictures in “Not Me’s” jar to crows. Not me is my fairy who likes to get into trouble. Whenever something happens in my house, “Not Me” did it. So, I try to keep her contained. She loves chocolate by the way, so that’s what I feed her.

And then I have another new votive holder from Yankee Candle.

So… That’s it. I’m going to put a wreath up on the front door, add a few pumpkins and call it quits. I hope you all have a Spooktacular Halloween Season!
