My Son is a Chicken Nugget Addict.  He found a recipe all by himself, and asked that I make it for him.

Just cut a large boneless chicken breast into nugget size chunks.

Dip each piece into flour, egg wash (egg and a little milk), and then into crushed/crumbed sour cream and onion potato chips.

Cook the nuggets in about an inch of vegetable oil for around 2½ minutes each side. I didn’t check the temperature of the oil, but I guess it’s supposed to be between 350–365 °F. I tested it by dropping a little water into the oil.

Once they’re ready, remove them from the pan and drain on a stack of paper towels to absorb the oil.
