The Best Pudding Pie Ever!

If you want to make a good pudding pie, you need to use My-T-Fine pudding. There is no other pudding out there that even comes close. None. I can’t buy it here in Florida (At least by me.)  I have to bring it back with me when I visit elsewhere, or rely on the kindness of my relatives to send me some. Both sides of my family have been making this pudding pie as far back as I can remember. We can’t have a Thanksgiving or Christmas without it. If you’re not really a baker, and need a quick dessert… This is the thing for you. Just make sure you make enough. Once people try it, they’re hooked.

My aunt sent me a box of goodies a few weeks back for my anniversary/fall/Halloween and it included a few boxes of My-T-Fine. The guys have been begging me to make it ever since.

It is sooo easy to make.

1. Add 3 cups of whole milk to 3 (2-serving size) envelopes pudding mix in saucepan. Cook over medium heat stirring constantly until mixture comes to a full bubbling boil. Cool 5 minutes, stirring twice.

2. Pour into a 9-inch baked graham cracker crumb crust shell.

3. Refrigerate at least 3 hours or until set.

This time I made two pies, one with regular graham crust and one with chocolate graham crust.

The boy couldn’t have been happier.

To find out if a store near you sells My-T-Fine Pudding visit their website.

“If you ever lived in the East Coast, this is a name you’ll remember. My*T*Fine pudding and pie filling is in a class by itself. Established in 1918 as the first packaged pudding mix in the U.S., My-T-Fine pudding is considered the only premium line of puddings. Certified Kosher, it’s hard to describe but it’s just richer and creamier than the stuff you find in the grocery stores. It’ll cost you a few cents more, but I’ll bet you’ll never go back to the other brands once you’ve tried this stuff.” –SeeFred.Com
